課程性質(zhì)：《水平考試（二）》（聽(tīng)力）是高等教育自學(xué)考試英語(yǔ)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課考試計(jì)劃中的一門(mén)必修課?？傮w水平相當(dāng)于普通高等院校英語(yǔ)專業(yè)?？贫昙?jí)結(jié)束時(shí)的聽(tīng)力水平。

　　課程要求：

　　1. 聽(tīng)懂英語(yǔ)國(guó)家人士（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英音或美音發(fā)音）關(guān)于社會(huì)、文化、娛樂(lè)、教育、時(shí)事、日常生活等方面的陳述、交談、報(bào)道、演講等方面內(nèi)容；能夠聽(tīng)懂VOA或BBC等主要西方媒體關(guān)于以上題材及時(shí)事的報(bào)道。總體難度相當(dāng)于托?？荚囍蠱ini-talk等中等難度的聽(tīng)力材料。

　　2. 能夠理解材料的中心大意，抓住說(shuō)話人闡述的主要觀點(diǎn)和情節(jié)，根據(jù)所聽(tīng)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行適當(dāng)推理、分析、整合，領(lǐng)會(huì)作者的語(yǔ)氣、感情和真實(shí)意圖，并應(yīng)能夠用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的摘要和筆記，掌握總結(jié)、歸納、預(yù)測(cè)、猜測(cè)、關(guān)鍵詞等基本聽(tīng)力技巧。

　　3. 語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容涉及簡(jiǎn)單句、并列句、復(fù)雜句、并列復(fù)雜句等常用句式以及非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞、各種常用時(shí)態(tài)、語(yǔ)態(tài)等基本語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容。詞匯量要求為4000詞以上。

　　4. 語(yǔ)速約為130-140詞/分鐘。

　　學(xué)習(xí)書(shū)目：《英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力》（上下冊(cè)），何其莘等編寫(xiě)，外語(yǔ)教學(xué)與研究出版社，1999年版。

　　考試安排：考試時(shí)間共20-25分鐘左右，滿分100分，共分三部分。每個(gè)問(wèn)題答題時(shí)間為13秒。各題型均只讀一遍。

　　題量及分值：

　　Part A  10個(gè)小題，每小題2分，共20分

　　Part B  20個(gè)小題，每小題3分，共60分

　　Part C  10個(gè)小題，每小題2分，共20分

　　題型說(shuō)明：

　　Part A陳述（Statements）

　　范圍涉及日常生活和社會(huì)文化等方面。要求應(yīng)試者能夠記住并理解數(shù)字、時(shí)間變化、地點(diǎn)、中心事件等；掌握事件的要點(diǎn)、主要情節(jié)和觀點(diǎn)；理解直接以及間接信息并能夠進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)卣戏治?；理解成語(yǔ)、動(dòng)詞搭配以及習(xí)慣用法。

　　Part B對(duì)話（Conversations）

　　范圍涉及日常生活、社會(huì)文化、教育等方面。要求應(yīng)試者對(duì)所聽(tīng)內(nèi)容能夠進(jìn)一步推理、分析、領(lǐng)會(huì)講話者的真實(shí)意圖；進(jìn)一步理解講話者的語(yǔ)氣和情感以及個(gè)別的弦外之音；同時(shí)，涉及少量的簡(jiǎn)單數(shù)字計(jì)算、統(tǒng)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。

　　Part C新聞 （News）

　　本部分一般由5條新聞組成，就每條新聞提出兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。新聞材料均源自VOA或BBC等主要西方媒體關(guān)于社會(huì)、生活、文化、教育、娛樂(lè)、時(shí)事等一般性題材的報(bào)道。問(wèn)題涉及新聞大意、重要例子、數(shù)字、邏輯推理、因果關(guān)系、人物職業(yè)和相互關(guān)系，以及重要支持觀點(diǎn)等。問(wèn)題在考生卷中印出。
