　　一、要求

　　《泛讀》是英語教育專業(yè)的一門重要課程，該課程要求學(xué)生通過大量的閱讀實踐，掌握基本的閱讀技巧（skimming，scanning以及根據(jù)上下文判斷詞義的能力），培養(yǎng)語感，提高理解能力和閱讀速度，培養(yǎng)細致觀察語言的能力和分析、歸納、假設(shè)、判斷、推理論證等邏輯思維能力，擴大詞匯量，進一步拓寬背景知識，即所學(xué)語言國家的政治、經(jīng)濟、哲學(xué)、歷史、地理以及風(fēng)土人情等方面的知識。

　　二、考試內(nèi)容

　　本課程考試分兩次進行，所選篇目的重點在于閱讀理解，在于能力的培養(yǎng)，除指定的范圍和文章中反復(fù)出現(xiàn)的常用詞匯以及學(xué)員應(yīng)掌握的基本詞匯外，學(xué)員不必熟記文章中的每一具體細節(jié)和所有生詞，考試的題型參照英語閱讀高級教程的練習(xí)。
